2. Information We Collect

Viewers

Viewers access streams using a one-time access code. We do not collect any personal information from viewers. No accounts, names, email addresses, or identifying information are required or stored. A temporary anonymous session token is generated per viewing session solely to count concurrent viewers — this token contains no personal information and is automatically deleted within 10 minutes of a session ending.

Organization Administrators

Organization administrators provide a username and password to access their dashboard. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never stored in recoverable form.

3. Why We Collect It

Anonymous viewer session counts exist solely to help organization administrators monitor whether an access code may have been shared beyond its intended recipients. No behavioral analytics, advertising tracking, or profiling is performed.

4. Data Storage and Location

Data is stored on servers hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Hillsboro, Oregon, United States. By using IntegriStream, you acknowledge that data may be stored outside Canada. Hetzner is ISO 27001 certified.

5. No Recording

IntegriStream does not record, store, or archive live streams. All content is delivered live only and is not retained on our servers.

6. Data Retention

• Viewer session tokens: deleted automatically within 10 minutes of session end
• Usage counts per access code: retained while the code exists; removed when the code is deactivated
• Organization administrator credentials: retained for the duration of the subscription

7. Disclosure

We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties, except as required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights

Under Alberta's PIPA, you have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information held by us. We will respond to such requests within 30 days. Contact us at the address below.
